We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficientlyCommunicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetingsProvide accurate information about products and servicesFollow up with customers to ensure issues are resolvedMaintain customer records and prepare reports when neededCoordinate with other departments to resolve customer concernsBuild and maintain positive relationships with clientsQualifications:Bachelor’s degreeExcellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, customer handling, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksPreferably owns a car for transportation and customer visits if required
