Role Description: This is a full-time Customer Service Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt.How will your day go: The Customer Service Specialist will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, messaging apps, and social media, providing accurate information about products, orders, deliveries, and returns.The role includes handling complaints, resolving issues efficiently, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience with the brand. Coordinate with shipping companies to resolve issues such as delayed, lost, or returned shipmentsResolve operational issues and order-related complaints promptlyPrepare regular performance reports using ExcelDaily tasks also involve maintaining service quality standards, gathering customer feedback, and suggesting improvements to enhance processes and customer experience.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction through empathy and problem-solving.Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear, courteous communication across phone, email, and messaging channels.Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Comfort using CRM or ticketing systems and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in customer service, retail, furniture, or e-commerce is preferred.Location: Wasilaah Factory, Mantea Senaya, Basatin, Maadi
