Job Summary:We're looking for a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to help new customers successfully adopt and activate the platform through smooth onboarding, workflow setup, and AI automation activation.Job Responsibilities:Guide customers through the onboarding journey step-by-stepSupport customers in connecting WhatsApp Business API and communication channelsAssist in configuring workflows, automations, and AI agentsUnderstand customer business needs and recommend suitable use casesConduct onboarding calls, demos, and training sessionsEnsure customers achieve value from the platform as quickly as possibleFollow up during trial and early adoption stagesMonitor customer engagement and identify onboarding challengesCoordinate with internal teams to resolve setup and technical issuesGather customer feedback and support continuous product improvementCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teamsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or any related field1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS Support, or Customer OnboardingExperience working with SaaS platforms or CRM systemsStrong communication and client management skillsAbility to understand customer needs, workflows, and business processesExperience conducting online demos, onboarding sessions, or client trainingFamiliarity with WhatsApp Business platforms or automation tools is a plusBasic understanding of AI tools and automation concepts is preferredCustomer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and coordination skillsBenefitsWorking Conditions & Benefits:Working days: 5 days (From Sunday to Thursday).Working Hours: 9 hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), including a 1-hour break.Hybrid work model.Social Insurance.Professional growth and learning opportunities.Gym Subscription Discount.
