Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Agent specializing in bank accounts, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Agent will handle daily customer service tasks, respond to customer inquiries, and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication with clients and a proactive approach to resolving challenges to uphold the company's high standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to address and resolve customer concerns effectively. Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions. Exceptional Communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams clearly and effectively. Experience in Troubleshooting issues and providing prompt resolutions in a professional manner. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt and commit to full-time operational hours. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is a strong advantage. Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
