The Customer Service Representative will handle various customer interactions, provide support, and address inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive customer experience, and striving for service excellence in all interactions that includes Calls, Chats, and Emails.
