At Kaizen, we value our customers and strive to provide them with exceptional service and support throughout their entire experience with us.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, and emailProvide accurate information about our properties, amenities, and leasing optionsAssist customers in navigating our online platforms and resolving any technical issues they may encounterCoordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and requestsMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM systemGather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate actionsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement customer engagement initiativesStay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to customersConduct customer satisfaction surveys and utilize feedback to improve our service deliveryAssist with administrative tasks as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in any related fieldProven experience in customer support or a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to work well under pressureProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to empathize with customers and provide solutions in a professional and courteous mannerStrong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentWith background in Admin or Telesales or Accounts
