Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Heliopolis. The role involves assisting customers in resolving inquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction through personalized support. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries, providing technical support, guiding customers through products and services, and resolving complaints efficiently. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in Customer Support with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with customers.Experience in providing Technical Support, with a capability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and clearly explain solutions to customers.Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs, patterns, and potential areas for process improvement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.Prior experience in e-commerce or the lighting industry is an advantage.
