Customs Clearance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs & Admin Executive based in Cairo who can manage product registration, regulatory approvals, and import/export operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience dealing with Egyptian authorities and successfully registering products (preferably medical, cosmetics, or healthcare-related). Regulatory & Product RegistrationHandle product registration with the relevant Egyptian authoritiesPrepare and submit regulatory dossiers and documentationCoordinate with authorities such as:Egyptian Drug Authority (for medical/pharma products)National Food Safety Authority (if applicable)Ensure compliance with local regulations, labeling, and standardsFollow up on approvals, renewals, and variationsImport & Export OperationsManage end-to-end shipment process (import/export)Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, Bill of Lading)Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs clearing agents in CairoHandle custom clearance and resolve shipment issuesTrack shipments and ensure timely delivery
