Cyber Security Lead

Role Description The Cyber Security Lead will oversee the implementation and management of security measures to protect sensitive information and digital infrastructure. Responsibilities include conducting regular security assessments, managing application, network, and information security protocols, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing strategies to mitigate risks. In addition, the role involves staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria. Qualifications Proficiency in Application Security and Information Security practices.Strong expertise in Cybersecurity, Cyber threat analysis, and threat response.Experience with Network Security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.Knowledge of security compliance standards and regulatory requirements.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage security teams and cross-functional collaboration.Proven professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
