We are looking for talented Data analyst to Analyze business data and develop accurate dashboards and reports that deliver actionable, data-driven insights to support stakeholder decision-making.RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance and KPIs. • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Translate analytical findings into clear, data-driven recommendations for stakeholders. • Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting and analysis needs. • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports.REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor degree in computer science, information system or related field•1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.• Background in fintech or e-commerce is highly preferred.• Experience using dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).• Strong understanding of business metrics and KPIs.• Ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear way.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.• Experience working in data-driven, fast-paced environments.
