We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Power BI) to transform complex data into meaningful business insights through advanced analytics, interactive dashboards, and data modeling. The role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization by bridging business needs with scalable analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic data partner, not just a report builder.Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis, Dashboard & Report DevelopmentCollect, clean, and transform data from multiple internal and external sourcesDesign and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BIBuild efficient data models and implement best practices in visualization and storytellingEnsure accuracy, performance, and usability of dashboards and reports2. Business Insights & AnalyticsTranslate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutionsAnalyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to generate actionable insightsTrack KPIs and develop performance monitoring frameworksProvide recommendations to support strategic decision-making3. Stakeholder CollaborationAct as a data partner for business units (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.)Gather and refine reporting requirements from stakeholdersCommunicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesProvide training and support for end users on dashboards and reports4. Data Engineering, Modeling & GovernanceDevelop and maintain robust data models using best practices (star schema, etc.)Work with ELT/ETL processes and ensure data pipeline integrityEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and security across datasetsManage dataset refresh schedules, access permissions, and governance policiesDocument data sources, logic, and report definitions5.
