Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of analytical insights that support business strategy and operational decision-making.Partner with product, growth, and commercial teams to identify analytical opportunities and solve business problems.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor business performance.Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.Build scalable analytical workflows using Python and/or R to automate analyses and improve efficiency.Contribute to the development of internal data tools and web applications that allow stakeholders to explore and interact with data.Ensure data quality and consistency across analytical outputs.Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.Support experimentation frameworks and analyze results from A/B tests and product experiments. Lead and mentor a team of at least two analysts, providing guidance on analytical approaches, prioritization, and best practices.Contribute to building a strong data culture and improving data literacy across the organization.Required Skills & Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles in a tech, fintech, or e-commerce environment.Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.Strong experience with Python and/or R for data analysis, automation, and analytical workflows.Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Experience performing business analysis, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and performance analysis.Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into business insights.Experience building data tools, analytical scripts, or web-based analytical applications is a strong plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
