In this role, you will be responsible for 1-Design and deliver training programs aligned with learning objectives2-Facilitate learner engagement and interactive training sessions3-Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback4-Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content5-Adapt training methods to different learner needs and skill levels6-Deliver Data Analytics training for neuro-diverse candidatesTechnical Skills & Areas of ExpertiseStrong understanding of:- Data storage systems (files, relational DBs, NoSQL – conceptually)SQL (queries, joins, aggregations)- Data integration and ETL/ELT concepts- Data processing and data quality fundamentals- Big data concepts (e.g., Spark, distributed processing – high level)- Data visualization principles- Hands-on experience with at least some of:- SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, etc.)- Data integration tools- Spreadsheet and BI tools
