The TP Data Engineer Team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and operational efficiency. The team ensures data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility by managing data pipelines, database systems, and cloud-based data platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation.Responsibilities:Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server database environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.Ensure the availability, security, stability, and performance of database systemsServe as the escalation point for complex database and application-related incidentsAdvise stakeholders on database architecture, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.Coordinate technical requirements and system changes between business teams, IT departments, and external vendors.Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for database environments and system changes.Analyze requirements and implement performance, stability, and process improvements.Provide 1st, 2nd, and where required, 3rd level support for business applications.Manage and coordinate external application and service providers in production environments.Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to support operational monitoring and business decisions.Participate in on-call support rotations as required.Perform ITSM-related responsibilities, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.Ensure compliance with information security standards, confidentiality requirements, and applicable legal regulations.Profile:Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification.ITIL v4 Foundation certification.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar database technologiesGood knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and networkingStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsEnglish proficiency at B1 level or higherPreferred Qualifications:* MCSA certification in Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent database certifications.* Experience with cloud platforms and architectures, preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS.
