Role DescriptionProvides on time technical data application support, Problem solving & monitoring during all operational hours to insure healthy environment of supported systems and Provide smooth business operations & business continuity.RequirementsCore Responsibilities:Implement end to end to apply the data strategy scope for operation and support the enterprise data management functionsEffectively use supporting tools, data accessibility, logs and narrative to identify and present / data issues root cause for different data functionsImplement and manage the process of production data operation , deployments , documentation and population to ensure adherence to corporate data operation managementWork closely with all data functions manage and apply all support processes undertaken in compliance with bank policy, internal controls, data protection legislation and relevant national / industry standardsIdentify opportunities through which to deliver process efficiency / improvement and develop data automation proposals through which to communicate and deliver the changeApply the process of data backup / restore and data archiving solutionsEnsure the availability of data throughout the data lifecycleMonitor the performance of data solutions , layers and transactionsConnect database standards from DBA to data support Requirements across data management LayersProvide technical support to new data product and participate in new projectsCore Competencies:Performance ExcellenceCollab. & Creating SynergyAgility & ResiliencePeople CentricityTechnical Competencies:Sourcing, accessing and supporting data and engineering data processesExcellent technical and support skills, including the use of both administration tools and technology for troubleshootingData operation model expertExperience in DWHVery good knowledge in Unix & Linux operating systemsVery good knowledge in oracle SQL & PL-SQLDomain Expertise:Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering is preferredMaster/ Certificate preferredBanking experience preferred
