Data Science Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist Team Lead to lead our data science initiatives and drive impactful, data-driven decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of data science projects Manage and mentor a team of data scientists Ensure alignment of data solutions with business objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions Requirements:5+ years of relevant experience in data science Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Strong expertise in machine learning, data modeling, and project delivery Proven experience in stakeholder management Fluency in English Preferred:Experience in insurance or financial services Experience working in agile environments Strong leadership and team management skills Relevant certifications are a plus
