The company is committed to delivering efficient and innovative payment solutions for businesses and consumers alike.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a leader to own our database platforms and data security strategy—ensuring high performance, resilience, and compliance at scale.What You’ll Do- Define and drive database & data security strategy- Lead and grow a team of DBAs and security engineers- Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery- Own data protection, access control, and compliance (PCI-DSS, ISO)- Oversee incidents, root-cause analysis, and operational excellence- Champion automation, DevOps practices, and continuous improvementWhat You Bring- 10+ years in database administration/security, with leadership experience- Expertise in Oracle, Db2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL- Strong background in performance tuning, HA/DR, and security- Proven ability to lead teams in high-scale environments
