Line of Service Overview Our Deals practice helps clients navigate complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and capital raising. We combine deep industry knowledge with financial expertise to deliver value-driven solutions that support strategic growth and transformation. Business Unit Overview ME Serve is a specialized support function within Deals that ensures client-facing teams meet risk and compliance requirements efficiently. By managing onboarding, independence checks, and regulatory processes, ME Serve enables engagement teams to focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes. How You’ll Contribute As an Associate – ME Serve, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting client-facing staff in onboarding external clients through the Acceptance and Continuance system in Salesforce Communicating with internal support teams including independence, relationship checks, and Know Your Client teams Interacting with engagement teams from Senior Associate up to Partner level to complete risk tasks Preparing compliance documentation and responding to ad-hoc requests Contributing to process improvements and digital initiatives What You’ll Bring 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or operations University degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related discipline Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Arabic speaker and reader is mandatory Your flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time How You’ll Make a Difference At PwC Middle East, we expect all our people to embody the skills and behaviours of The PwC Professional framework, helping us deliver on our strategy while growing and developing as leaders at every level.
