🚀 We're Hiring | Debt Capital Markets (DCM) & Investments ManagerThe International Company for Leasing (Incolease), Egypt's oldest Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI), is expanding its Investment Banking & Capital Markets capabilities.As part of our strategic growth across Leasing, Factoring, and Mortgage Finance, we are looking for an experienced Debt Capital Markets (DCM) & Investments Manager to join our team.This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in structuring and executing capital market transactions, including:✅ Securitization Transactions ✅ Sukuk Issuance Programs ✅ Short-Term Notes (STNs) ✅ Debt Capital Raising & Structured Finance SolutionsKey Responsibilities• Lead the execution of securitization, Sukuk, and STN transactions from origination to financial close. • Coordinate with regulators, investment banks, legal advisors, rating agencies, auditors, and investors. • Develop financial models, transaction structures, and investor presentations. • Manage transaction documentation, due diligence, and data rooms. • Support funding strategy and capital optimization initiatives. • Conduct market research and identify new funding opportunities. • Monitor regulatory developments affecting debt capital markets. • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and strategic partners.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA/CFA is a strong advantage). • Hands-on experience in the Egyptian Debt Capital Markets is essential. • Proven track record in Securitization transactions within the local market is mandatory. • Experience with Sukuk, Bonds, Structured Finance, or Investment Banking is highly preferred. • Strong financial modelling, analytical, negotiation, and project management skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.📩 If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining one of Egypt's leading NBFIs, please send your CV to:sherif.elfeky@incolease.comPlease mention "DCM & Investments Manager" in the email subject.
