Pick up, sort, and deliver documents and packages within a designated courier route in a timely and cost-effective manner.Ensure safe and punctual handling of time-sensitive shipments while considering traffic conditions, alternative routes, and road regulations.Maintain a professional image and act as a positive representative of the company when dealing with customers and the public.Handle cash transactions related to shipment delivery or collection and ensure accurate reconciliation.Maintain and ensure the proper use of assigned vehicles.Follow up on customer inquiries and service requests.Report service-related issues and incidents to supervisors and team leaders in a timely manner.Provide constructive feedback to the customer service team regarding service incidents when needed.Identify and share potential sales leads with the sales team.Work under general supervision with regular guidance; escalate complex or unusual issues to the supervisor.Contribute to departmental performance by adhering to established work processes and service standards.
