Monitor delivery representatives’ performance on a daily basis and ensure adherence to delivery plans.Assign and optimize delivery routes to achieve maximum operational efficiency.Track deliveries in real-time and ensure they are completed within the scheduled time.Handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly and effectively.Coordinate with different departments (Warehouses – Sales – Customer Service) to ensure smooth operations.Follow up on delayed or failed deliveries and take necessary corrective actions.Prepare daily performance reports (number of orders – delivery success rate – issues faced).Train and guide delivery representatives to improve performance and compliance.Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline of delivery representatives.
