Core Responsibilities1️⃣ Forecasting & Demand AnalysisAssist in preparing rolling demand forecasts (monthly & quarterly).Analyze past sales trends, seasonal variations, and promotional impacts.Support forecast validation with Sales & Marketing teams.Maintain forecast data in ERP/MRP systems.2️⃣ Production & Supply CoordinationSupport preparation of production plans based on demand forecasts.Coordinate with manufacturing and procurement for raw material planning.Track production schedules and report delays.3️⃣ Inventory & Expiry ControlMonitor finished goods inventory across warehouses.Track slow-moving and near-expiry products.Support inventory reconciliation activities.Maintain optimum stock levels as per defined norms.4️⃣ Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.Track KPIs such as service level, stock coverage, and forecast deviation.Maintain planning records as per GMP requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / M.Pharm OR in Engineering (Industrial / Production / Supply Chain / Chemical)Strong analytical and logical thinkingGood command over MS Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis)Basic knowledge of supply chain processesUnderstanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing workflowGood communication and teamwork skillsSAP User
