Day- to-day OperationsHandles the day-to-day operations of Sales operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and proceduresDay-to-day operations are consistent with established policies, processes and proceduresPlanningBasic forecasting activities associated with Sales channels following the forecasting statistical methods.versus the plan so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identifiedCreate, maintain, and analyse statistical and net forecast models sales channels, regional distribution centres and companies as well as Market intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, merchandising and finance. Demand Planning is the integration point into the sales and operational planning processResponsible for S&OP monthly meeting preparation, handling all channels volume planning and analysis identifying Risk \ Opportunities.Prepare new initiatives' annual volume forecast and pipeline filling based on estimated exit share.Generate regional sales opportunities to cover any gaps that can be fulfilled with the current distribution tools.Continuously working on new ways to make sales target contributions more accurate and efficient to avoid distributors over-stocks and missed sales opportunities based on the region’s nature.Proper/ on time detailed preparation Of the forecastS&OP meetings are led /conducted properly on monthly basisProper / close follow up with the supply chain team to ensure meeting the market demandDeep understanding of regional different planning naturesSales AnalysisControl and follow volume trends of developmental SKUs, and reports findings.Calculate the detailed forecast accuracy to be shared with all channels heads to develop enhance the forecast ratios.Prepare demand calendar capturing all actions and its impact on the volume.Monitor depletion plan for de-listed SKUs stocks.Develop & maintain solid historical database and conclusions for primary and secondary reports, historical data, retail audit, efficiency report, etc.Submit Monthly Performance analysis, highlighting opportunities and threats on business channels / regions.Monitor distributors’ business process by following up on distributors’ sell in, sell out, stock replenishment and expenditure to ensure consistency of distributors’ business plans.Participate in monthly best practice sharing meeting with other regions.Monitor and follow up routine and non-routine trade activities in order to support the achievement of optimum performance.Preparing analytical reports for the sales department.Monitor production and dispatch reports and highlight any issues or delays and communicating them with concerned parties.Continuous Coordinate with the distribution operations function to balance the estimated volumes with the working capital guarantees.Accurate sales analysis highlighting opportunities and gapsRecommend / propose action plan based on the analysis outcome to serve the business decisions properly Academic and professional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business related fieldExperience: 2-3 years relevant experience in sales operations/ demand planning in FMCG companies.Strong analytical skills.Excellent presentation skills.Excellent command of English.
