Sales PlanningDevelop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.Build and maintain rolling sales forecasts by brand, product category, sales channel, region, and key account.Monitor sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions when required.Support the annual budgeting and business planning process.Demand Planning & Inventory ManagementLead the demand forecasting process using historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotional activities, and product launches.Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.Support import planning and replenishment activities to maintain healthy stock levels.Monitor inventory performance and recommend actions to minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, and slow-moving products.Channel & Commercial PlanningDevelop sales plans across all commercial channels, including:DistributorsTraditional TradeModern Trade (Retail Chains)E-commerceAnalyze channel performance and identify growth opportunities.Support Key Account Managers with sales planning and performance analysis.Optimize product allocation across channels based on market demand and business priorities.Business Analysis & ReportingAnalyze sales performance by brand, product category, customer, region, and sales channel.Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, pricing initiatives, and commercial activities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to provide actionable business insights.Develop executive dashboards and management reports using business intelligence tools.Cross-functional CollaborationPartner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and Customer Service teams.Lead monthly demand review and Sales Planning meetings.Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, supply, and commercial priorities.Support new product launches by developing sales forecasts and launch plans.Process ImprovementContinuously improve forecasting methodologies and planning processes.Enhance reporting automation and data accuracy.Drive planning excellence through best practices, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.MBA is an advantage.10–15years of experience in Sales Planning, Commercial Planning, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, or Business Planning.Experience within Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Distribution, Trading Companies, or FMCG is highly preferred.
