This dual-focus role requires a seasoned leader capable of managing day-to-day operations while aggressively expanding the company’s market share in Egypt’s booming construction sector. ►Main Tasks & Responsibilities •Strategic Growth & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and revenue streams within the Construction Chemicals sector. •Operational Leadership: Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all departments align with the company’s long-term objectives and KPIs. •Market Expansion: Lead the identification and acquisition of high-value projects and strategic partnerships across Egypt, leveraging deep local market knowledge. •Financial Oversight: Monitor budgetary performance and financial health, implementing cost-control measures and driving profitability across all business units. •Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, government entities, and industry influencers to enhance brand positioning. •Team Development: Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth. •Product & Industry Intelligence: Stay abreast of trends in Building Materials (Polymers, Petrochemicals, etc.) to guide R&D and sales teams in launching competitive solutions. ►Job Requirements •Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role. •Industry Background: Must have worked in Construction Chemicals or broader building materials (Paints, Polymers, Petrochemicals, or Packaging). •Local Expertise: Must have extensive experience in the local Egypt Market. •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration (MBA preferred). •Languages: Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English. •Working Days: 5 days per week. •Joining Time: Preferred within 30 days. •Location: Cairo, Egypt (Open to candidates applying from Inside or Outside the country).
