Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company goals.Manage daily procurement operations and supervise the procurement team.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and project teams.Review purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.Handle supplier performance evaluation and maintain strong relationships.Collaborate with finance for budgeting, cost control, and reporting.Resolve procurement-related issues and mitigate risks Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction or landscaping.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deputy Procurement Manager or Assistant Procurement Manager is a must.Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).Experience with ERP systems is a plus.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
