Assist in developing and implementing quality policies and procedures.Monitor the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).Supervise inspection and testing activities to ensure compliance.Review quality reports and analyze data for improvement opportunities.Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Coordinate with departments to ensure adherence to quality standards.Participate in internal and external audit processes.Handle customer complaints and support resolution and prevention.Train staff on quality procedures and standards.Prepare periodic reports for the Quality Manager.Act on behalf of the Quality Manager in their absence Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Experience in quality management.Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards.Strong organizational and time management skills.Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.Good communication skills.Teamwork ability.Proficiency in computer applications.
