Operating at the intersection of innovation and luxury, Aquatop has established itself as a trusted partner for delivering world-class brands to discerning customers.We’re Hiring: Design & Brand Consultant Job Purpose:This is a showroom-based role focused on delivering a premium client experience, supporting retail and project sales, building strong relationships with high-end clients, and representing Aquatop’s luxury bathroom solutions professionally.Key Responsibilities:Showroom & Retail Sales: Receive, guide, and advise showroom clients on Aquatop’s luxury sanitary equipment, product features, specifications, prices, and availability to deliver a premium showroom experience and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.Promote and sell showroom products including sanitary ware, mixers, bathtubs, showers, basins, accessories, and related bathroom solutions to achieve retail sales targets and support showroom revenue growth.Maintain strong awareness of showroom displays, samples, catalogues, product ranges, and visual presentation standards within the showroom environment to provide accurate client guidance and reflect Aquatop’s luxury positioning.Project Sales & Business Development:Identify and open new project sales channels with design houses, interior designers, architects, hotels, developers, consultants, contractors, and fit-out companies to expand Aquatop’s project sales pipeline and market presence.Develop and maintain relationships with high-end clients and project stakeholders across luxury residential, hospitality, real estate, and interior design sectors to generate repeat business, referrals, and long-term commercial opportunities.Leverage industry knowledge and high-end clientele networks to identify upcoming projects, client needs, and market opportunities to position Aquatop as a preferred luxury sanitary equipment provider. Client Presentations & Brand RepresentationPrepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product pitches covering Aquatop’s company profile, product portfolio, technical features, design value, and luxury positioning to influence showroom and project clients and secure sales opportunities.Represent Aquatop in exhibitions, trade shows, design events, client meetings, and networking activities by presenting the company and its products professionally to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.Sales Coordination & Order FulfillmentCoordinate the sales cycle from client inquiry, product selection, quotation, approval, order processing, delivery follow-up, and after-sales coordination to ensure smooth execution and timely fulfillment of client requirements.Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, product availability, delivery timelines, pending requirements, and servicerelated matters throughout the sales cycle to maintain client satisfaction and increase sales conversion.Coordinate with finance, procurement, warehouse, logistics, after-sales, and showroom teams regarding pricing, stock availability, delivery schedules, payments, and client requirements to ensure confirmed orders are executed accurately and on time.Sales Reporting & Administrative ControlMaintain accurate sales records, client databases, quotation trackers, project pipelines, and follow-up logs using Microsoft Excel to support sales monitoring, management reporting, and follow-up control.Prepare sales presentations, product proposals, client pitch materials, and sales support documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and relevant tools to support professional communication with showroom clients, project clients, and business partners. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Graduates from premium institutions are highly preferred, including: AUC, GUC, BUE, NGU2–5 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, project sales, business development, or a similar role.Experience in luxury sanitary ware, finishing materials, interior design, fit-out, real estate, hospitality, or high-end retail is preferred.Strong selling, customer service, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Good knowledge of sales coordination, order follow-up, documentation, and client handling.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Location: Showroom-BasedDepartment: SalesInterested candidates are welcome to apply.
