Development Senior Engineer

JOB DETAILS Job Title: Development Senior Engineer.Sector Business Line: Elsewedy Electric Infrastructure Investment.Scope: Urban planning , Infrastructure and Environmental Solutions.Department: Development Dept.Reporting Line: Development Team LeaderJob Location: Head Office (New Cairo).Key Responsibilities:Review and approve investor drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.Coordinate approvals for IDA environmental assessments with relevant stakeholders.Contribute to master plan execution by developing and refining design briefs and development plans.Evaluate consultant proposals and supervise their technical work to ensure project objectives are met.Provide technical support to resolve project design and execution challenges.Assist in gathering and analyzing technical information to support commercial needs and decision-making.Prepare and compile technical documentation for contracts and building license applications.Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and internal teams throughout the design process, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.3 to 6 Years of ExperiencesPMP certification preferred.Strong technical background in design review, development planning, and project supervision.Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with building regulations, license procedures, and commercial project support is a plus.Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and GIS.S.V-Ray and SketchUp experience is a plus.
