Its Gest for Metals division focuses on die casting and precision machining of aluminum and zinc components, supplying global OEM and industrial clients under stringent ISO-certified quality standards. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Die Casting Production Section Head role based in 10th of Ramadan. The role is responsible for leading daily die casting operations, including planning production schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and productivity targets. The Section Head will supervise and develop production teams, coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to minimize downtime and defects, and monitor process parameters to optimize casting performance. Responsibilities also include implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing production data, and preparing regular reports on output, scrap, and efficiency. The role will collaborate closely with engineering and planning to support new product introductions, tooling changes, and process trials while maintaining compliance with company standards and customer requirements. QualificationsStrong technical expertise in Casting, Metal Casting, and Die Casting processes, including setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.Solid understanding of Metallurgy, particularly for aluminum and zinc alloys used in high-pressure die casting applications.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards; familiarity with basic measurement tools and SPC is an advantage.Proven experience in supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment, with skills in coaching, performance management, and shift coordination.Experience with production planning, OEE improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices and regulations.Effective communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.5 - 7 years of experience in the same field.10th of Ramadan city or nearby residence is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, knowledge of aluminum or zinc alloys, and experience with hydraulic and automated casting systems.
