In this role, you will help support digital banking applications that sit at the center of customers' day-to-day banking experiences. The position is focused on maintaining service reliability, resolving production issues, and working across technical teams to support smooth banking operations and strong customer outcomes. Responsibilities Support digital banking platforms, including internet banking, mobile banking, OBDX, and similar solutions. Troubleshoot application, transaction, and integration-related issues across digital banking environments. Work with REST APIs, middleware integrations, and backend banking systems to investigate and resolve production issues. Use SQL queries, log analysis, and production issue investigation techniques to identify problems and drive resolution. Support application monitoring, incident management, high-availability production environments, root cause analysis, and coordination during critical incidents. Apply knowledge of digital banking services, customer journeys, banking operations, and security concepts such as authentication and authorization in digital channels. Experience Range: 4 to 8 years of experience in application support or a closely related role. Key Skills: Experience supporting digital banking platforms such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, or similar solutions. Strong understanding of digital banking services, customer journeys, and banking operations. Experience troubleshooting application, transaction, and integration-related issues. Experience with REST APIs, middleware integrations, and backend banking systems. Experience with SQL queries, log analysis, and production issue investigation. Experience with application monitoring tools and incident management processes. Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security concepts in digital channels. Experience supporting high-availability production environments and performing root cause analysis. Additional Notes: Experience with Oracle Digital Banking Experience (OBDX) is highly preferred. Experience coordinating with multiple technology teams during critical incidents. Eligible to work in Egypt.
