- To plan, lead, motivate, guide, monitor, and manage the fulfilment process for his assigned Team.- Manage and direct Fulfillment officers to achieve the preset target of successful fulfilment and funding volumes as well as service levels.- Review and analyze the fulfillment efficiency, also review the assigned applications and reassign them according to business needs, and geographical distributions.- Responsible to lead, develop and motivate the fulfillment team, including performance assessment and appraisal.
