Maintain a strong and consistent control environment in addition to ensure the completeness" and "data validation" for all submitted customers applications on Camunda .- To provide quality assurance and strict governance over Business banking digital governance and fulfillment team which includes monitoring processes, improving channel accuracy and efficiency while maintaining strong engagement with relevant stake holders.- Revise regulatory procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues, and identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.- Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations, including proposed and final rules.- Support in new projects/Products and subsequent implementation of system development.- Lead Digital Governance Neo Biz team to ensure healthy portfolio.- Monitoring submitted applications and conducting an end-to-end completeness check on all sections.- Coaching and supporting team members in their activities; encourage a learning environment and create a development path; performance management of poor performers; maintaining high levels of communication.- Ensure full awareness/ conscience of all the processes/ procedures to of business.Key challenges and focus areas being the following:- Control Design & Evaluation- Data Privacy & Documentation Review
