Publication date : Mar 10, 2026, 8:47AMPurpose of the jobThis Role focuses on accelerating the growth and adoption of Orange Egypt's digital healthcare portfolio—including not limited to HMIS, HIS, Telemedicine, Insurance, and Health Information Exchange (HIE)—by securing new clients and building strategic partnerships across Egypt's healthcare ecosystem.Duties and responsibilitiesCraft and implement full-cycle sales plans targeting public/private hospitals, clinics, insurers, government health authorities, and pharmaceutical companies across EgyptManage complete sales process from lead generation through contract closure and post-sale supportCollaborate with presales, product, delivery, and marketing teams to customize solutions and ensure seamless client onboardingBuild relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, clinicians, and procurement teamsOwn sales budget, forecasting, and reporting to meet revenue/growth targetsMaintain accurate pipeline of digital healthcare opportunities for reliable forecastingLead negotiations and stakeholder coordination to finalize strategic partnership agreementsDrive end-to-end sales aligned with Orange Egypt's business prioritiesMonitor market trends and client needs to identify expansion opportunities and portfolio enhancementsJob specificationBachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field (5–8 years relevant experience)Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, account management, or HCIT solutionsMinimum 5 years proven track record handling government relationships/projects in healthcare or public sectorDemonstrated success in competitive digital health/software sales environmentsStrong negotiation, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills; fluent English requiredBasic understanding of IT infrastructure (connectivity, hosting); software sales process knowledge advantageousSkills and abilitiesDegree in healthcare, IT, or equivalent; clinical background strongly preferred4–7 years sales/business development experience, ideally in digital health/MedtechProven success navigating government procurement and delivering national-scale projectsCommercial acumen and software sales cycle familiarity highly valuedExcellent Arabic/English communication for diverse stakeholdersStrong time management, deadline-driven performance in fast-paced environmentsCollaborative team player with continuous learning mindset At Orange, only your skills matter.
