This position requires a deep understanding of both public and private healthcare systems, with a focus on digital solutions and transformation initiatives. The role involves leading solution demonstrations, coordinating technical and costing offerings, and ensuring the seamless integration of vendor technologies into client proposals.Duties and responsibilitiesPartner with Business Development and Sales teams to manage and grow the healthcare pipeline.Demonstrate strong knowledge of healthcare digital solutions and transformation projects.Lead solution demonstrations with potential vendors in response to client requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and deliver technical and costing offerings.Develop and maintain technical offering templates, costing sheets, and demo plans.Identify and evaluate potential technology vendor options, including managing costing and contract negotiations.Review and approve technical components of proposals, ensuring efficient integration of configured solutions before submission to the sales teamJob specificationBachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical or a related field.7–10 years of proven work experience in the digital healthcare domain.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders.Proficiency in Business English (written and spoken).Experience in the digital healthcare industry is highly desirable.Skills and abilitiesHands-on experience with healthcare IT solutions such as Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and Health Information Exchange (HIE).Ability to design, evaluate, and present complex technical solutions tailored to client needs.Strong background in digital transformation projects within healthcare.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
