The role supports diverse audiences, including Product Managers, Platform Owners, Commercial teams - by transforming expert knowledge across the Commercial digital ecosystem - Connected Customer & Consumer, Digital Commerce, Digital Field Sales, Integrated Order Management into accessible learning resources that drive adoption, improve performance, and reduce support dependency.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:• Build a strong, continuous learning culture across functions and the wider business.• Translate commercial and technical processes into clear, user friendly learning experiences.• Support key digital platforms and processes through structured training and high quality content.• Equip users with the knowledge and confidence to work efficiently and independently.• Drive digital dexterity by creating and delivering engaging, effective learning experiences.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Learning Strategy & Content Development• Define and execute a cross functional learning content strategy aligned with commercial digital capability goals.• Partner with Product Teams, Engineering, Service Management, and Commercial Functional Leads to identify learning needs.• Create modular, scalable learning paths tailored to user groups, personas, and system maturity levels.Technical Training & Enablement• Plan, coordinate, and deliver clear, engaging training• Manage training delivery end to end: logistics, communication, execution, and follow up.• Publish training calendars, recordings, and materials in the appropriate learning hubs.Content Creation & Knowledge Assets• Produce high quality learning materials, including:o step by step guideso video demos and walkthroughso infographics, diagrams, and visual job aidso microlearning and LMS modules• Maintain knowledge repositories, ensuring content is structured, accurate, and up to date.• Refresh materials based on feedback, incident learnings, release notes, and analytics.Webinars & Community Engagement• Host webinars, Q&A sessions, onboarding sessions, and communities of practice for Commercial audiences.• Use polls, surveys, and interactive elements to drive high engagement.• Collaborate with platform teams, SIAM, product owners, field sales enablement, and engineering to strengthen the learning culture.Continuous Improvement & Analytics• Track adoption, attendance, content engagement, and user feedback.• Use insights to improve learning quality, user readiness, and capability uplift.• Ensure materials remain current with process, system, and platform changes across the commercial ecosystem.ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?Education & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technical Communication, Education, Computer Science, or related fields.• 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, digital training, or commercial enablement.• Proven ability to deliver high quality learning content in dynamic, commercial, or digital environments.• Experience partnering with product, engineering, sales, and commercial operations teams.• Experience with CRM or Digital Commerce tools is considered a strong advantage.Technical Skills• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage).• Experience with digital commercial platforms (Digital Commerce, CRM, Field Sales, Order Management, MS D365).• Hands on experience with CRM or commercial systems is an advantage.• Ability to create and edit visual and video content (Canva, Figma, screen recording tools).• Familiarity with LMS platforms and knowledge management systems.• Comfortably using AI tools to enhance content creation.Core Skills• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.• Ability to simplify complex commercial and technical topics.• Strong instructional design mindset.• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for both virtual and live audiences• High attention to detail, structured and organized.Behavioral Skills• User centric mindset with strong empathy for varied commercial learning needs.• Strong collaboration across technical, business, and commercial teams.• Adaptability in fast changing digital and commercial environments.• Proactive, reliable, and structured approach to work.ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
