The role will support diverse audiences—including Product Managers, Platform Owners, Engineers, and business users—by transforming expert knowledge across Supply Chain area - Logistics, Manufacturing & Maintenance, Planning, Procurement and Finance into accessible learning resources that support adoption, improve performance, and reduce support dependency.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:• Build a strong, continuous learning culture across functions and the wider business.• Translate technical and operational processes into clear, user friendly learning experiences.• Support key digital platforms and functional processes through structured training and high quality content.• Equip users with the knowledge and confidence to work efficiently and independently.• Drive digital dexterity by creating and delivering engaging, effective learning experiencesYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Learning Strategy & Content Development• Define and execute a cross functional learning content strategy aligned with digital capability goals.• Partner with Product, Engineering, Service Management, and Functional Leads to identify learning needs.• Create modular, scalable learning paths tailored to user groups, different personas, skill levels and system maturity.Technical Training & Enablement• Plan, coordinate and deliver clear and engaging platform training• Manage training delivery end to end: logistics, audience communication, execution, and follow up.• Publish training calendars, recordings, and materials in appropriate learning hubs.Content Creation & Knowledge Assets• Produce high quality learning materials including:o step by step guideso video demos and walkthroughso infographics, diagrams, visual job aidso microlearning and LMS modules• Maintain knowledge repositories and keep content structured, accurate, and up to date.• Update materials based on feedback, incidents, release updates, and analytics.Webinars & Community Engagement• Host webinars, Q&A sessions, onboarding sessions, and communities of practice.• Use engagement methods such as polls, surveys, and interactive elements.• Collaborate with platform teams, SIAM, product owners, and engineering teams to promote a strong learning culture.Continuous Improvement & Analytics• Track adoption, attendance, content engagement, and user feedback.• Use insights to improve learning quality and address capability gaps.• Ensure materials remain current with system and process changes.ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?Education & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Education, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related fields.• 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or digital training.• Proven experience, producing high quality learning content, delivering training in complex or technical environments.• Working with SAP is considered a strong advantage• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and operational teams.Technical Skills• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage).• Experience with enterprise platforms in Supply chain – Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing.• Hands‑on experience with SAP• Ability to create and edit visual and video content (Canva, Figma, screen recording tools).• Familiarity with LMS platforms and knowledge management systems.• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation.Core Skills• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication• Ability to simplify complex technical and operational topics.• Strong instructional design mindset.• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for both virtual and live audiences• High attention to detail and structured working style.Behavioral Skills• User centric mindset and empathy for diverse learning needs.• Strong collaboration skills across technical and non technical functions.• Adaptability in fast changing digital and operational environments.• Proactive, reliable, and structured approach to work.ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
