The company is rapidly expanding its digital presence across the KSA and GCC and aims to strengthen its marketing strategy to drive online sales, build brand awareness, and engage customers through data-driven marketing. Role Summary The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that increases brand visibility, drives traffic and conversions, and supports the company’s growth objectives. This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution across paid media, content, social media, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the KSA and GCC markets, e-commerce, and luxury brand positioning. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop a 6-month digital marketing roadmap aligned with company goals and sales targets. Translate business objectives into measurable marketing KPIs and performance goals. Define target audience personas and customer journey mapping for online and offline touchpoints. Build and manage digital marketing budgets efficiently across platforms.Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok. Monitor daily campaign performance, conversions, and ROAS. Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve cost efficiency and engagement. Content & Brand Marketing Lead the content strategy to reflect the brand’s luxurious identity while appealing to modern audiences. Coordinate content creation (photos, videos, reels, influencer collaborations, etc.) with internal/external teams.Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels. CRM & Customer Retention Manage CRM and customer segmentation to improve repeat purchases and customer lifetime value. Develop email/SMS marketing automation workflows. Track customer behavior and identify opportunities for remarketing. Analytics & Reporting Set up and manage performance dashboards and reporting systems. Analyze campaign results, traffic sources, and user behavior to guide decisions. Present monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights. Collaboration Work closely with the management and operations team to align marketing with product launches and stock levels. Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers if needed. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or luxury brands in KSA and GCC markets. Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Fluency in both Arabic and English.
