Founded in 2006, the company pursued innovative thinking in making unique global perfumes which match the lifestyles and personalities of all clients.Position OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the company's digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees all digital channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, website management, and e-commerce marketing, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and brand identity.ResponsibiltyDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Create annual and quarterly digital marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.Develop and manage campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.Monitor customer feedback and online reputation management.Develop and oversee social media strategies across all platforms.Manage content calendars and ensure the delivery of engaging and relevant content.Monitor social media performance and optimize campaigns based on analyticsOversee website performance, user experience, and content updates.Support e-commerce growth through digital campaigns, promotions, and customer journey optimization.Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using relevant tools and dashboards.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.Qualification and SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.Strong experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing platforms.Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer journey optimization.Fluent in English and ArabicPreferred Qualifications:Ex-digital agency background is highly preferred.Experience with Non-Food brands, particularly in the Cosmetics and Fragrance/Perfume industry, is a strong advantage.
