Digital Marketing ManagerWe are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with the CEO and lead the agency’s growth, client acquisition, and operational excellence.This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, business development, creative vision, and performance marketing expertise. The ideal candidate understands both the commercial and creative sides of a marketing agency and has a proven track record of acquiring clients, scaling teams, and driving measurable business growth across Egypt and GCC markets.Key Responsibilities• Work directly with the CEO to align on company vision, priorities, and growth objectives• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on acquiring new clients across Egypt and GCC markets• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and outbound initiatives• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners to drive revenue growth• Lead day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and consistent performance• Build, manage, and develop cross-functional teams including Creative, Media Buying, Social Media, and Account Management• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms• Lead media buying strategies and oversee budget allocation to maximize performance and ROI• Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement• Define, track, and optimize KPIs across departments, projects, and client accounts• Oversee and elevate the agency’s creative output, ensuring high-quality execution and strong art direction standards• Create scalable systems, workflows, and processes that support sustainable growth• Recognize individual team strengths and develop talent to maximize performance and productivityQualifications• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a marketing or digital agency• Strong business development experience with a demonstrated ability to acquire and grow client accounts• Extensive hands-on experience in Media Buying and Performance Marketing• Deep understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization• Solid understanding of creative strategy, branding, and art direction• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams• Experience working with clients in Egypt and GCC markets• Strong analytical mindset with advanced experience in campaign analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting• Track record of delivering measurable business growth and revenue generation• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
