Digital Marketing Specialist – Cosmetics📍 Location: Agouza, Cairo 🏢 Industry: Cosmetics, Personal Care, AromatherapyBusiness Leaders is hiring for one of our reputable clients — a leading cosmetics and aromatherapy company with strong local presence.We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute the company’s digital presence across social media platforms, support online sales activities, and ensure consistent brand communication and customer engagement.🔶 Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Plan, create, and publish posts, campaigns, and digital content aligned with brand direction. Follow up on customer inquiries, messages, and online orders in coordination with sales/customer service. Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and sales-related metrics. Monitor and maintain the company’s online presence (pages, listings, content accuracy). Coordinate with internal teams and designers or agencies when needed. Support in developing ideas to increase engagement, reach, and online sales. 🔶 Requirements & Qualifications2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management. Experience in managing social media pages and campaigns. Basic understanding of performance marketing and reporting. Experience in handling online customer interactions or e-commerce orders is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google tools, or similar platforms. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
