Digital Marketing SpecialistThis is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Cairo, with hybrid working available. Thomson Reuters is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation across our Legal and Corporate portfolio in the GCC. This is a full-funnel role spanning paid media, SEO, web and landing-page optimisation, content amplification, analytics, and continuous performance improvement, with a clear focus on measurable lead and pipeline impact.This is a delivery-focused position for someone who thrives at pace, is confident operating in a matrix environment, and brings strong Arabic/English search expertise across multiple GCC markets.Working closely with regional marketing, sales, and global digital teams, you will ensure digital programs are executed to a high standard, appropriately localised, and optimised through actionable performance insights.About The RoleAs a Digital Marketing Specialist at Thomson Reuters, you will:Pipeline growth from paid channels: plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition that drives qualified leads → MQL/MQR → SQL/SQR → Opportunity → Closed-won.Support SEO and GEO execution: keyword/topic research, on-page fundamentals, technical hygiene inputs, and content amplification to grow high-intent organic demand.Build channel strategy, budget allocation, bid strategy, and scaling plans to hit monthly pipeline targets with clear ROI logic.Run rigorous testing: messaging, audiences, landing page variations, creative formats and apply learnings and make recommendations.Set up and QA tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversions) and ensure reporting accuracy.Create dashboards and performance updates with clear actions and recommendations across tools.About YouYou're a fit for the role of Digital Marketing Specialist at Thomson Reuters if you have:Fluent in Arabic and English 5+ years' experience in Paid Search within SaaS or performance-driven organisations Strong hands-on experience in paid media, SEO/GEO fundamentals, and digital analytics/performance optimisation Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms and conversion tracking best practices Experience executing digital campaigns and understanding of funnel progression (MQL/SQL concepts) Confident working in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Natural curiosity and desire to make an impact Please Note: Complete applications must be submitted by 23:59 (EEST) on Sunday 31st May 2026.
