About the Company: The Mission: Own the daily operation, output quality, and hardware health of our DTF, UV DTF, and Sublimation printers.About the Role: A short paragraph summarizing the key role responsibilities.Responsibilities:Load files, adjust ICC color profiles, and master RIP software (Maintop, CADlink, Photoprint, etc.).Perform rigorous daily printhead maintenance (syringing, capping station cleaning, wiper blade upkeep) for Epson and similar heads.Troubleshoot hardware jams, static issues, and ink viscosity dynamics on the fly.Manage heat press and curing stages, understanding temperature/pressure relationships across different substrates.Qualifications:Experience Level (Strict): Minimum 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in digital printing, large-format/outdoor advertising, or high-volume commercial printing.
