Digital Product Manager – Onsite PersonalizationThe Digital Product Manager for Onsite Personalization will act as the Center of Excellence (CoE) for on-site personalization, recommendations, and experimentation across our eCommerce portfolio (15 brands, multiple countries, bilingual environment).This role owns the strategy, governance, and scalable operating model for Adobe Target, ensuring we continuously improve digital performance through structured experimentation and high-quality personalization execution.As an ideal candidate, you will bring a strong understanding of customer behavior, with a sharp ability to identify opportunities to improve the digital experience through personalization and experimentation. You are a data-driven product professional with proven experience managing the full lifecycle of optimization initiatives: from hypothesis definition and test design through to execution, analysis, and scaling.You will be responsible for owning and driving the personalization and experimentation roadmap end-to-end, ensuring initiatives are aligned with clear business outcomes such as conversion, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, merchandising, data and marketing, as well as acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.This role willOwn the strategy and standards for onsite personalization for all Alshaya online brands: create, maintain, and communicate a clear visionDrive the Adobe Target relationshipDefine the operational framework where execution is shared between CoE and brand merchandising teamsAssess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiationAdvocate for personalization internally, set best practices, standards, and playbooksDrive continuous optimization through testing and data analysisEnsure consistency and performance at scaleWhat You'll DoLead onsite personalization and product recommendation initiatives across multiple brands and markets.Own and manage experimentation programs, including A/B and multivariate testing.Drive continuous optimization of customer journeys using data, insights, and customer behavior analysis.Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and scalable processes for personalization and experimentation.Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.Act as the subject matter expert for Adobe Target, personalization, and optimization.Deliver performance insights and recommendations to improve conversion, engagement, and commercial outcomes.Enable and coach stakeholders across the business to adopt personalization and experimentation best practices.What We're Looking ForExperience in eCommerce personalization, recommendations, experimentation, or CRO.Hands-on experience with Adobe Target or similar personalization/optimization platforms.Proven track record running A/B tests and driving measurable business impact.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Passion for creating exceptional digital customer experiences and scaling optimization capabilities across large organizations.Why Join Us?
