Digital Product Owner, Valeo Service

You are in charge of the project and features roadmap for Valeo Service Digital dealing with Customer, Car Lab, Sales, Marketing, Customer service and IT.You will guarantee the complete loop: customer need identification, ideation, prototype, master, roll out and evolution. You make sure with KPIs that the performance of tools is on trackYou have proven skills in Agile methodology and Design Thinking in an international environment.You are a team player and like to share your knowledge with internal teams to help them to grow in digital skillsResponsibilitiesYou are in charge of the continuous improvement of our features and digital tools. You secure planning, deliver on time and in full according to customer needs. You remove pain points and position Valeo Service as a game changer. You work in a perfect shape with Car Lab(innovation team / Design Thinking and customer centric approach), marketing teams, Communication Design team, development teams. You are perfectly able to deal with all internal stakeholders with a strong relationship ability and leadership skills.You play with various projects at the same time while delivering on time in full.Languages Proven Skills In English Other SpecificationsTechnical background or development experience is a plus
