Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets across Egypt, KSA, and GCC markets.Identify and engage potential clients within manufacturing, industrial, utilities, energy, logistics, and other industrial sectors.Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct client outreach.Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.Understand customer operational challenges and propose suitable digital solutions to address business needs.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.Collaborate closely with product, software development, and implementation teams to ensure customer requirements are properly captured and delivered.Prepare commercial proposals, RFP responses, and business cases.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the digital transformation landscape.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events. ExperienceMinimum 5–7 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Digital Solutions Sales, Technology Sales, or Enterprise Software Sales.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Experience selling solutions to factories, manufacturing companies, industrial organizations, or heavy industry clients.Experience working with cross-functional teams including software development, product management, and implementation teams.GCC market experience is highly preferred.Technical & Business KnowledgeStrong understanding of digital transformation concepts and industrial business processes.Familiarity with software solution lifecycles, Agile environments, and requirement-gathering processes.Ability to understand customer operational challenges and align digital solutions with business objectives.Knowledge of ERP, MES, IoT, Industry 4.0, Data Analytics, AI, Automation, or Industrial Digitalization solutions is a strong advantage.SkillsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong consultative selling and relationship management abilities.Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.Strong business development, networking, and account management skills.Strategic thinking with a customer-focused approach.Self-motivated and capable of working independently across multiple markets.EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Engineering degree is not required.Professional sales certifications are considered an advantage.LanguagesFluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).Additional GCC market language skills are a plus.
