Forsa operates under the backing of Drive Finance, combining financial expertise with user-friendly technology to deliver reliable and convenient payment solutions.Role Description This is a full-time, Direct Sales Agent role based in Giza. The Direct Sales Agent will engage directly with potential customers to explain Forsa’s installment products, evaluate customer needs, and guide them through the application and onboarding process. Daily tasks include identifying and approaching new leads, conducting product presentations, answering customer inquiries, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth approvals, and providing post-sale support to sustain customer satisfaction. The Direct Sales Agent is expected to meet sales targets, report on performance, and represent Forsa professionally in all customer interactions.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.Clear, confident communication skills, both face-to-face and over phone or digital channels.Customer service skills with a focus on listening, problem-solving, and handling objections respectfully.Basic understanding of finance concepts, especially consumer finance or installment plans, or willingness to learn.Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Previous experience in retail banking, microfinance, fintech, consumer finance or field sales is an advantage.Comfort using mobile apps and digital tools to manage leads and update customer information.
