In this role, you will focus on activating Go Plus customers, ensuring they have a seamless and professional experience throughout their journey with Klivvr.This opportunity requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a strong drive to meet and exceed activation targets in both retail and on-ground environments.What You Will DoApproach potential customers in-store and at field locations to promote our financing productsExplain product features and guide customers through the financing application processFulfill sales requests generated in stores or through field outreach, ensuring timely and professional handlingEnsure all data is accurately entered and submitted via the digital application systemRespond to customer requests made in retail locations or through off-site channelsVisit customer locations to deliver the financed product and complete all required paperwork, ensuring the full process is finalized at the customer’s convenienceRepresent the company with professionalism during on-site visits and maintain high service standardsConsistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsFollow up with potential leads generated from stores or field outreach to convert into successful salesEnsure all customer interactions and applications comply with internal policies and quality standardsConfirm all required documentation is collected, verified, and uploaded correctlyProvide daily updates on activities, leads, and conversions to supervisorsReport any challenges or feedback from the field that could help improve service deliveryWork closely with teammates and field supervisors to ensure efficient territory coverageSupport team initiatives and maintain a positive and collaborative work environmentTo succeed in the role, you’ll need to have:Bachelor’s degree is mandatoryMinimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in retail, field sales, or consumer financingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer-focused with the ability to build rapport quicklyWillingness to conduct visits to customer locationsFlexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidaysSelf-motivated and goal-orientedProficient in using digital tools, tablets, and CRM systemsEnglish level: Very Good (B2+/C1)
