Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Direct Sales Agent to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring candidates to work both onsite and remotely. The Direct Sales Agent will engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, offer tailored financial and insurance solutions, and foster positive customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, providing detailed product information, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with company policies. QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse range of clients.Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.Proficiency in customer service and a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.Knowledge of finance and sales processes, with the ability to understand and explain financial products and services effectively.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.Previous experience in the financial or insurance industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
