The role focuses on identifying client needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationshipsKey Responsibilities:Promote and sell insurance products such as Life and Medical insurance to individuals and corporate clients.Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed assigned targets.Maintain accurate client records and ensure regular follow-up on renewals and endorsementCoordinate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth policy issuances.Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal company procedures.Handle client inquiries and support claims follow-up when required.Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance retention and cross-selling opportunities.Attend a paid training program (1.5 months) conducted in Cairo prior to full role activation.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Universities only)Very good command of English (mandatory)Pharmacy background is a plus.Entry-level or fresh graduate candidates are welcome.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.Customer-oriented and relationship-focused.Professional, confident, and self-motivated.Strong sales skills (mandatory)Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Presentable and professional appearance.Ability to work in the field and meet clients when required.Willingness to attend a 1.5-month paid training program in Cairo (no accommodation provided for Alexandria-based candidates.
